Dear parents, teachers, and friends of SSP School,

Happy Friday, and welcome to the weekend! I hope you are enjoying this glorious weather: the 60s in the middle of December. If only it could last! I saw some of our classes taking advantage of this afternoon for some outdoor education. 

Speaking of outdoor education, thank you to all who worked and volunteered and those who patronized the Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser to help send our middle schoolers to camp!  The School Camp experience has gotten very expensive. Thank you for patronizing future fundraisers to help send these youngsters to camp in the Spring.

A simple NOTES suddenly turned into a 9-pager chowk full of opportunities such as Advent Novenas, the opportunity to be a Missionary Disciple through Seek 24, celebrating the Feast of our patron saint with a GAMES party, a Karaoke Night, and a Sports Trivia. This is truly a vibrant school and parish community.

We are headed into Week 3 of Advent; the PINK candle will be lit this week.  The PINK candle represents JOY. We hope JOY finds you this season as we focus on the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
