Happy Friday, and welcome to Spring Break 2023!  No single word in the thesaurus could describe Grandparents Day today!   However, it was awesome!  We had so many people pitching in to ensure that GD23 was a success, for which I thank you! Extra special thanks to Amanda Quinn, Christy Biundo, Jenna Chierek, Kathy Warren, and Stephanie Wobbe, who helped coordinate our efforts.  A tip of the hat to the Drs. Borgmeyer, who worked with our musicians and with the help of HNS volunteers, set up the sound for today’s Mass in the gymnasium.

Grandparents have a special role in our school community. We see many daily at drop-off, pick-up, and weekly Masses. We were glad, so many grandparents could spend their morning with us today.   Mrs. Wobbe created a wonderful video capturing GD23 in our community: https://youtu.be/vqRCFDGVHPc

Congratulations to the 2023 Excellence In Education recipient, Mr. Daniel Schmitz. He received this recognition following Mass today. Thank you to the combined efforts of the PTO and the BOE that sponsor and finance this yearly award.
