Dear parents, teachers, and friends of SSP School,
Happy Friday, and welcome to the weekend. I have mentioned it many times, but it is worth saying it a few more dozen times… what a fantastic community we have at SSP! Today, Field Day was just another example; thank you to all the parent volunteers, the teachers, and the staff, especially Mrs. Quinn and Mrs. Goedeker, who worked tirelessly to make this a phenomenal event. There were hiccups along the way, but the flexibility of our crew kept events humming along!
This is our two-week warning (it most likely will feel like a two-minute warning in reality). We have much living left to do during these next ten school days. We have Music sharing, PreK, K, and Grade 8 graduations, the last days of school, etc. Strap in for an exciting ride!
Finally, next week, we will begin making phone calls home in regard to registration for 2023-24. We need to get a firm handle on what classroom numbers will look for staffing and ordering of books and supplies. Please help us by being proactive. Drop me or Mrs. Quinn a note to let us know that your family is or is not intending to return to SSP. Contact Gina Beach if registration fees are holding you back from enrolling.
Have a wonderful weekend, and God’s Peace.
