lOOKING FOR THE nEXT GALA CHAIRS!
The 2022 SSP Heroes and Villains Auction Gala was a smashing success! In typical SSP fashion, the most unusual characters were present — from Batman and Maleficent to Captain Underpants to Genghis Khan and Amelia Earhart. The creativity of Gala-goers was extraordinary!
As the chairpersons of both the 2020 and 2022 Galas, we had the time of our lives choosing the themes and working with so many of you to bring it to life to raise big dollars (over $70K!) for our parish and school. And now it's time to pass the torch!
SSP is looking for two couples (or four people) to chair our next two Galas — in 2024 and 2026. Together you will work with a committee of dedicated parishioners and school families to create a night to remember. What will your theme be? The Roaring Twenties? Urban Zootopia? The Kentucky Derby? You get to decide!
If you have a knack for putting on an event — or even if you don't but have always wanted to lead something fun like this — then come on! Just do it. Once our new co-chairs are secured, planning should begin in Summer 2023.
