Dear parents, teachers, and friends of SSP School,
Happy Friday! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We celebrate Christmas for a couple more days with the Epiphany of our Lord and the visitation of the Magi! We were blessed to see Mrs. Birk’s homeroom reenactment this afternoon and the Choral Club’s final performances of the season. If you could not join us this afternoon, you have one more opportunity to see their performance at 2:00 on Sunday at the SSP Church.
Preparations for the GALA are ramping up; please help or volunteer when you can. Any donation or shift that you can work makes a world of difference. We will also be looking for parent/student volunteers to be ambassadors for our Catholic Schools Week Open House (1/28/24 from 11-1). Please get in touch with June Tessin if you can assist with this day.
We are excited to have two alums from the Class of 2020 at SSP. James Rowe and Aaron Venneman are volunteering during their senior service project at Bishop DuBourg High School.
Online viewing of grades and report cards has been turned off. Quarter 2 has ended. These will be available again at the close of business next Friday, 1/12/24. That Friday is also a noon dismissal for a Faculty Meeting. The following Monday is a day off school in Observance of the life and accomplishments of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Have a blessed weekend, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year!
