Dear parents, teachers, and special friends of SSP School,

I hope your weekend is off to a wonderful start.  My apologies for the late delivery of this auspicious weekly publication.  My dance card has been double and triple-punched regularly these past few weeks. Thank goodness for Stephanie Wobbe! She helped me deliver nouns and verbs competently (and eye-catching blurbs); otherwise, we were looking at a much later delivery!

Good luck to a number of our students this weekend:

• the Bellarmine Speech Team will be competing at St. Ambrose tomorrow
• the 5th & 6th-grade girls, plus the 8th-grade girls' volleyball teams, are competing in the CIty-County Championships this weekend!
