Happy Friday and Happy November… it seems like the calendar changes with each edition of the Friday Notes.

We look forward to the return of PreK-4 on Monday. You were missed!

Today is the last opportunity to register for SSP basketball without incurring a late final. See page 2 for more details.

Congratulations to the 8^th grade Boys volleyball team, who qualified for the CYC playoffs. Their first game is slated for Nov. 11, at the same time as the November Confirmation Meeting. Right now, we are determining the best course of action, but the confirmation meeting originally slated for 11/11 @ 7 PM has been postponed. We will reach out to 7th and 8th grade parents in the near future with plans… please stay tuned! In the meantime, Go Sharks!

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for your continued support of the PTO. We have three  new fundraisers going on until the end of the month. Please read carefully for additional details.

1.   The Stonie's Sausage fundraiser. Please see the attached fillable PDF form, and look for a paper form to be sent home early next week. 12-ounce summer sausages are again $10 each. New this year are the snack sticks (.9 ounce), which cost $1.50 apiece, or you can get a carton of 24 for just $25. These are all prepaid items.  Order forms will be due on November 30, with checks payable to SSP PTO, or you can opt to be charged through FACTS. Sausages / snack sticks will need to be picked up at school or church, as shipping is not included.

2. Waterway Car Wash Certificates. Think HOLIDAY gift giving!

Purchase gift cards for a full-service car wash: Exterior wash plus interior vacuum, interior windows, dashboard and console wipedown, and thorough hand dry. You pay the regular price of $22 and the school keeps 50%. These are available now and are prepaid; as soon as you pay for one you will receive it. These are good at any Waterway location in St. Louis, Kansas City, Denver, Cleveland, or Chicago, and they NEVER expire. It's the same cost as you would pay at the store with no inflation. You can also use the value of this certificate to upgrade to a higher-level wash, and there are no large vehicle / SUV charges when using the coupon. Shipping to someone out of town can be arranged, but otherwise, we will let you know when to pick up from school or church after placing your order.

3. Sam's Club memberships.  Have you been looking for a reason to get a Sam's card? Well, now is your chance!  From now until Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021, when you join Sam's Club, 33% of the membership cost will be donated to SSP.
