Dear parents, teachers, and friends of SSP School,

Happy Friday, Happy December, Happy Advent, and welcome to the weekend.

It has been a couple of weeks since the Friday Notes were published. My thanks to Mrs. Quinn and Mrs. Wobbe for posting time-sensitive notices via social media and Mrs. Quinn’s beginning of the week parent note. We always try to make sure timely information is communicated effectively.

Monday we will once again participate in a Living Advent Wreath prayer service at the end of the school day.  Students are encouraged to wear green tops (purple or pink tops for STUCO and NJHS). This will not be a full dress-out-of-uniform day.

Our focus for the next two weeks will be on the preparation for Christmas through Advent practices.   We will also celebrate the sacrament of Reconciliation on December 14 (Grades 3-8) and on the evening of December 15 with the First Reconciliation for our Second Graders.
