Dear parents, teachers, and friends of SSP School,

Happy Friday, and almost welcome to the weekend. A big weekend for our second graders; their First Holy Communion will be celebrated on Sunday afternoon. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers. A tip of the hat to everyone who helped in this sacramental preparation, Fr. Ron, Mary Regan, Mary Beth Block, Judy Rone, Sherry Crittenden, and Drs. Borgmeyer.  (Only) Grade 2 will have a day off following First Communion.

When you read column two on page one, you will see a week chock full of activity.  I don’t want an important day to get lost in the shuffle.  Wednesday, April 26, is Administrative Appreciation Day. Our world-class secretary, Amanda Quinn, goes above and beyond every single day. Please help us make this a special day for Mrs. Quinn!  Thank you in advance.

Finally, a couple of requests for prayers for members of our community.  Prayers for Judy Rone’s family.  Mrs. Rone lost her mother last night. Mrs. Mary Regan has been in the hospital this past week.  She was due to be released today. Prayers for a speedy recovery.
