On Wednesday, March 2, the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) survey became available for all to take. As of Wednesday morning, 203 online surveys and 4 paper surveys had been completed. Thanks to all who have taken the time to complete the survey. 

ANYONE within the geographic footprint of the Archdiocese of St. Louis is welcome and encouraged to participate in the DMI survey. You do not need to be registered in the parish or Catholic to take the survey; you should just participate in the life of the parish in some way. Each parish has a unique link. Our parish link is:

We encourage anyone who is of high school age or older to take the survey. Additionally, married couples and families should take the survey separately and independently, rather than taking one survey together. The survey is ANONYMOUS.
