SETUP AND CLEANUP
We will set up on Tuesday, June 3, after 3 p.m., and clean up on Wednesday, June 4, immediately after the festivities, around 9:30 p.m.
DONATE GIFT CARDS
The Gift Card Extravaganza welcomes gift cards for local restaurants, attractions, retailers, or services. Contact Jill Pace.
BAKE A CAKE
The Cake Booth relies on donations of baked goods closer to Picnic Day. Boxes and bags will be available in the back of our churches or in the parish office. Contact Peggy Kuehner.
SHARE YOUR PLANTS
The Plant Booth accepts cuttings, seeds, or divisions from your garden. Or pick up extra 4- or 6-packs of annuals, decorative pots, or garden tools. Contact Laura Dooley.
CLEAN YOUR CLOSETS
The Ring-A-Bottle and Plinko booths will take your games, toys, household gadgets, costume jewelry, stuffed animals — any non-breakable treasures. Drop them on the porch at either 3804 or 3842 Federer. Contact Laura Foizey or Mellesa Boudeman.
PULL SOME WEEDS
Put on your garden gloves, grab some garden tools, and join us for a quick grounds cleanup on Saturday, May 31, at 9 a.m.
